Aw, this one looks like a cute pairing! Jang Na Ra and Jung Kyung Ho have been confirmed to star together in upcoming romantic comedy for MBC titled One More Happy Ending. I like Jang Na Ra a lot even if I’m not a fan. It’s amusing that she has been in the acting industry from so long — her first drama came in 2001 — she did many shows and then took a mini-break from K-dramas when she acted in Chinese dramas before making a comeback through Baby Faced Beauty which she followed up with School 2013 and since last year’s Fated To Love You, she has been doing non-stop dramas with Mr. Back and I Remember You and now this newest show. I’m amazed how young she looks with her baby face. She usually takes up similar candy-type roles but it is to her credit that she instills each role with some uniqueness and makes us love her more. I haven’t seen any Jung Kyung Ho drama except watching a few episodes of Falling for Innocence. I was sad to not complete his drama (couldn’t help it as it was so boring) and so I’m happy to see him returning with a rom-com — my all-time go to genre.

One More Happy Ending explores second chances at love and marriage. Jang Na Ra will play a woman who runs a marriage agency for divorced people while Jung Kyung Ho plays a single dad who has an 11 years old son. His profession is that of a field reporter for entertainment news. I’m guessing the two will meet when she will try to set him up for a remarriage. The premise sounds very upbeat, feel-good and very much like the plot from a Harlequin Romance novel. I like the idea of finding love again and I’m really excited for this drama.

Yoo In Na is in talks to join as a second lead for the role of a former idol who is now married for seven years. It’s funny that she has played celebrity so many times in her career — she played an idol and actress in Best Love and then again an actress in Queen In Hyun’s Man. I think she will be a great addition in this drama as Yoo In Na is effortlessly bubbly and charming.

One More Happy Ending will start in January next year and will be directed by the PD of Late Night Hospital and writing is by a new writer. It will follow just started Sweet Savage Family in the Wednesday-Thursday slot.
