I found Minhyun dreamy and lovely in fantasy sageuk Alchemy Of Souls and I’m glad that he has confirmed his role in upcoming drama Useless Lies. The show has already confirmed Kim So Hyun (Love Alarm) as the female lead and I’m excited to see them together. Minhyun would be next seen in second part of Alchemy Of Souls that arrives on December 10.

Useless Lies is a a mystery romance that stars Kim So Hyun as a woman who has the ability to identify if someone is lying. Minhyun will play the role of a successful music producer and songwriter who keeps his identity a secret because of his past which involves him being accused for a murder. When he meets the heroine, he falls in love with her and naturally her ability would be helpful in clearing his name, without any room for doubts.

Useless Lies has not confirmed a network yet. It will be helmed by the PD of dramas like Love In Contract and Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo. It airs in 2023.
