Script Reading, Premiere Date and Teasers for ‘Memories Of The Alhambra’ with Hyun Bin and Park Shin Hye

Undoubtedly one of the most anticipated Korean dramas this year, Memories Of The Alhambra has got a premiere date now. It is starting from December 1, following Room No. 9 that just premiered last week. It will take the Saturday-Sunday slot which was also the time slot for recently wrapped superhit Mr. Sunshine. The drama stars two of the hottest and most popular stars together — Hyun Bin‘s last drama Hyde, Jekyll, Me (2015) was a huge let-down and he has since done only movies; Park Shin Hye gave a hit back in 2016, Doctors along with a powerful performance. She has since done a few drama cameos and two movies (My Annoying Brother and Blackened Heart).

Memories Of The Alhambra has also released three teasers and script reading pictures. The plot is a fantasy about the CEO of an investment company who gets involved in a mysterious event after staying in an old hostel in Spain, which is owned by a guitarist, our heroine. I’m glad that the plot is not fully revealed, thus maintaining the curiosity and the surprise factor. The hopes are high with respect to writing (Queen In Hyun’s Man, W, Nine, The Three Musketeers) and directing (Forest of Secrets, Mrs. Cop, Rooftop Prince). The other cast members are pop group EXO‘s Chanyeol as Park Shin Hye’s little brother and Park Hoon (Two Cops) as Hyun Bin’s friend turned rival.

The teasers look GORGEOUS! They feature Spain and its beauty, and the two leads look beautiful and stunning. I’m definitely waiting with open arms for this drama. Can’t wait!
