The new show on KBS, I Wanna Hear Your Song, looks interesting in terms of its plot involving mystery, music and romance. The show is about a timpanist who witnesses a murder but does not remember anything about what happened. Kim Se Jung of Kpop group Gugudan, who has also acted in School 2017, plays the lead role. Yeon Woo Jin, whom I fell for after Marriage, Not Dating, plays the role of a tone deaf man who is a pianist and helps the heroine to get over her insomnia with his singing as apparently she can sleep only after hearing a song from a tone deaf person. LOL, what! This will also help her in recovering her lost memories. Yeon Woo Jin was last seen in thriller Priest.

I Wanna Hear Your Song also stars Song Jae Rim (Clean with Passion for Now) as a charismatic orchestra conductor and Park Ji Yeon (of group T-ara and dramas God Of Study and Triangle) as an arrogant violinist. I think the show will be a light thriller. The second leads does sound pretty generic that we have seen in hundreds of dramas before.

The drama will air on Mondays and Tuesdays and will be premiering tomorrow. Another name for the show is Let Me Hear Your Song.
