I’m currently watching 2 Korean dramas and both are very different from each other in all respects. Here is a brief summary of my thoughts on them so far!

My Lovely Boxer (2023)

Watched: 6 Episodes

I’m liking this drama more and more with every episode. I like the characters a lot — they have flaws but also interesting qualities and I’m completely in love with the main two leads, Tae Young and Kwon Sook and their relationship dynamics. We increasingly learn more about them as they learn about each other. I’m shipping them too — chemistry is so good. I find second lead Jae Min extremely boring though. The boxing match kept me entertained and invested — something I didn’t expect.

King The Land (2023)

Watched: 10 Episodes

The land of feel-goodness and unicorns and rainbows. Truly this drama is created to make people smile constantly. I’m liking this show but it’s not very addictive. The crème de la crème of the drama is Junho — my latest K-actor crush. His expressions are just amazing.
