New SBS drama My Demon had not piqued my interest much (dramaland is churning out fantasy rom-coms in abundance these days) until I read its synopsis. I got immediately interested when I found out it’s a marriage of convenience plot! My Demon is about a contract marriage between an heiress whose personality is like a demon and an actual demon who has temporarily lost his powers. Song Kang (Sweet Home, Nevertheless) and Kim Yoo Jung (Moonlight Drawn By Clouds) play the lead roles.

The supporting cast includes Kim Hae Sook (Strong Girl Nam Soon) Lee Sang Yi (Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha), Kim Tae Hoon (My Dearest), Lee Yoon Ji (The King 2 Hearts), Jo Hye Joo (Reborn Rich) and Seo Jung Yeon (Castaway Diva).

My Demon will air on SBS as well as Netflix on Fridays and Saturdays from November 24. The cast and the plot/trope makes it a must watch for me!
