Time surely flies fast as it looks like yesterday when the news came about Park Bo Young‘s return to TV world after 7 years when she was cast in tvN rom-com Oh My Ghost opposite Jo Jung Suk. He is one of my favorite actors and I can’t wait to see him in a drama again as he was continuously doing films after wrapping up long weekend show You’re The Best Lee Soon Shin in 2013. The drama has a very interesting premise, though it sounds a bit like Master’s Sun. Park Bo Young plays a shy assistant with a crush on her boss, a chef, played by Jo Jung Suk who is arrogant by nature. Of course he is. Talented actress Kim Seul Gi stars as a lustful virgin ghost who possesses our heroine’s body in order to seduce men. Thus her personality changes. I only have one worry over this premise — when the hero falls for his assistant, will it be because of her real self or due to the new, confident one. I hope the drama explains it clearly and let him fall for the original person. Anyway, Im Joo Hwan rounds out the cast as Jo Jung Suk’s brother-in-law who is a police officer. From the posters, teasers and stills, the drama looks quirky and funny and coming from the team behind hit High School King Of Savvy, there will be heart as well. It premieres on 3 July (which can be today or tomorrow for some) in the slot of Fridays and Saturdays.

I’m so excited for this one!! I hope it doesn’t disappoint 😛
Me too!! *fingers crossed*
Kim Seul Gi! Throw in the promise of food porn, & Jo Jung Sook and Park Bo Young, I’m looking forward to this. Let’s hope the script is worthy of this cast!
I’ve seen her in only Flower Boy next Door but that was enough to make me love her! The cast couldn’t have been better and premise sounds fun….let’s hope it lives up to the expectations (and bring you back to dramaland ;))
This looks pretty good so I’m actually looking forward to it… for a change. XD Hope it delivers.
Yay that you’re looking forward to it….the cast is good and set-up sounds fun. Let’s hope it’s good! 🙂
