Although I’m excited for upcoming SBS thriller Remember, I have to say that the title itself is very generic and not striking enough. But then there couldn’t be more apt name for a story about a lawyer with outstanding memory fighting a case to clear his father’s name but then losing it gradually. Yoo Seung Ho is the hero with Park Min Young playing a lawyer and his childhood friend who supports him. Remember costars Nam Goong Min as a rich man with anger management issues and lots of immoral behaviour, Park Sung Woong (Hidden Identity) as another lawyer who is on our hero’s side, Jeon Gwang Ryul (Masked Prosecutor) as Yoo Seung Ho’s father, Lee Shi Un (Answer Me 1997, Falling For Innocence) as Nam Goong Min’s secretary, Uhm Hyo Sup (Heart To Heart) as a prosecutor and Lee Won Jong (Yoochun‘s head in Girl Who Sees Smells) as a mob leader who is like a father to Park Sung Woong’s character. I like the cast and characters and how everyone fits into the story.

Remember held its table read a few days back. I always love these script reading pictures as it’s an interesting sight to see where actors are portraying characters but not in its actual form — without sets, costumes, music etc. It’s more like a theatre. Anyway, Remember arrives in December as a Wednesday-Thursday drama. I see that Park Min Young is back with long hair after her lovely short hairdo in Healer.
