The highly anticipated drama Vagabond just premiered last week to good ratings, in the slot of Fridays and Saturdays, on SBS as well as Netflix. It stars Lee Seung Gi and Suzy, this time working in an action thriller plot after doing fantasy saguek Gu Family Book back in 2013.

Lee Seung Gi (Hwayugi) plays a stunt double who aspires to become an action star. He becomes involved in solving a conspiracy after a plane accident. Suzy (While You Were Sleeping) takes on the role of a National Intelligence Service agent while Shin Sung Rok (The Last Empress) plays the Head of the National Intelligence Agency’s information team. Kim Min Jong (A Gentleman’s Dignity) plays Secretary of Civil Affairs for the government.

I’m always up for an adventurous thriller with lots of action and fun and I hope Vagabond ticks some of those boxes. I’m also excited for the cast and the PD-writers team of History of the Salaryman and Incarnation Of Money. The show is 100% pre-produced.
