This Friday brings a new premiere on SBS — a mystery romance Korean drama titled Why Her. Seo Hyun Jin, who has won hearts with her performance on shows like Another Oh Hae Young and Romantic Doctor, Teacher Kim, is headlining the drama.
Seo Hyun Jin plays a lawyer who is the youngest partner at a law firm. She is self-righteous and ambitious and desires to win. She gets demoted unexpectedly after being involved in a case and she starts working as an adjunct professor at a law school. There she meets a thoughtful and warm law student played by Hwang In Yeop – the actor gained lots of popularity with True Beauty and recently starred in Netflix drama The Sound Of Music. The character has a painful past and he falls in love with the main lead. Heo Joon Ho (Kingdom, Undercover) plays the aforementioned lawfirm’s chairman who doesn’t care about crossing the boundaries of law for his gain. Finally, Bae In Hyuk (My Roommate Is A Gumiho) plays his son who is also a law student.
