Disney+ is coming up with a new drama, a crime thriller called The Worst Evil. It is about an investigation that’s carried out to bring down a drug ring spread across South Korea, Japan, and China. The premise has the potential to be a taut thriller and I like the cast, I’m interested for sure.

Ji Chang Wook (Healer) plays a police officer who infiltrates a crime organization to investigate. Im Se Mi (True Beauty) plays his wife, also a police officer involved in the probe. Wi Ha Joon — my latest crush after watching Little Women; I already liked him a lot since Romance Is A Bonus Book — he plays a rising mob boss of a newly formed criminal organization. I have seen Im Se Mi in different dramas like You’ve Fallen For Me, Two Weeks and Shopping King Louis in supporting roles and I’m glad to see her in a lead role now.

The Worst Evil is being directed by the PD of movie Man In Love (2014). It is planning a premiere in second half of 2023.
