Ji Chang Wook and Shin Hye Sun play childhood besties residing in Jeju Island town called Samdalri; they become distant after she moves to the city. He works as a weather forecaster who decided to choose this profession after losing his mother due to a false weather report. He now wants to protect the elders of his hometown. He is satisficed with his small town life, but on the other hand, the female lead is ambitious and wants to move to the city. She succeeds in fashion photography but returns to her hometown once she loses everything she worked for due to some incident. The two friends reconnect and fall in love.
