Fantasy rom-com ‘Angel’s Last Mission: Love’ with Lee Dong Gun, Shin Hye Sun and L premieres this Wednesday on KBS

Angel’s Last Mission: Love is coming up on KBS this Wednesday and I’m actually looking forward to it for its interesting premise. It is a fantasy romance where INFINITE‘S L plays a carefree angel and Shin Hye Sun stars as a cold ballerina. In order to return to heaven, he is given a mission — to make her fall in love. But well, as all our tales go, he falls for her instead. REVIEW: Thirty But Seventeen / Still 17 (2018)

Thirty But Seventeen is such a sweet little show, with a warm heart having an adorable beat. It’s so strange that initially I didn’t even plan on watching this drama but eventually I did and in the end, it has become one of my favorites. Thank God for change of plans! Continue reading

First Impressions: Thirty But Seventeen

Oh this show is ADORABLE! And warm. And funny. I was not even anticipating Thirty But Seventeen, the new kid on the block over at SBS but with its premiere week, it has won my heart. Actually this should not be a surprise for me as I loved the writer’s previous show High School King Of Savvy and liked She Was Pretty. The drama also received good ratings so yay across the board. SBS starts breezy romcom ‘Thirty But Seventeen’ from today with Shin Hye Sun and Yang Se Jong

Kudos to Shin Hye Sun for rising to leading lady roles after playing many cute/funny/annoying supporting roles for some years. I first noticed her in School 2013, then High School King Of Savvy, Oh My Ghost and She Was Pretty. It was her last drama My Golden Life (a weekender) that catapulted her to another level of popularity with huge success, where she was the main lead. Continue reading
