I have been busy watching Kdramas a lot these past few days. The following sums it up:
Dynamite Kiss (2025)
Completed
I enjoyed it so much! It was funny, romantic, and had such delightful characters. Of course, I do have some quibbles but all in all, I had such a fun time. The full review is coming soon!
The Price Of Confession (2025)
Completed
So thrilling and gripping. Kept me on the edge of my seat from start to finish — a great cast, a great mystery-thriller setting/ story and nail biting tension.
Typhoon Family (2025)
Watched: 5 Episodes
I’m stuck on Episode 6 for so long now. I love Junho and I do like what I have seen so far but also, I went in expecting realistic vibes but what I’m getting is a filmy, over-the-top treatment. Maybe adjusting expectations would help? I hope to find motivation to pick it up again but right now, I’m eagerly waiting for new shows that are starting this month.
Next on my plan:
Can This Love Be Translated?
No Tail To Tell
Undercover Miss Hong
To My Beloved Thief
You have been on a roll. I seem to have been watching more gameplay videos than dramas lately. 😄 The only one I’m almost done with is The Truth Within, a Chinese crime show. It’s pretty good and I love that there are no keystone cops in it, everyone is competent. The cases are interesting and interconnecting. Looking forward to finding out who is pulling the strings behind the scenes. I’m at ep 19 of 21 and I have no idea.
Oh sounds like an intriguing show! You should try The Price of confession too…you might like it.
