To be frank, any news related to the casting of Heirs (or the drama-whose-full-name-can’t-be-written-in-every-post thanks to its length) will now be taken with a grain of salt by me.

Latest comes the report that Kpop group f(x)‘s Krystal is being considered for the show. Yeah, how is it possible that a drama about young chaebols and high schoolers will not have idols in it? Well, I’m not prejudiced about them being poor actors as we have already seen so many of them doing great in the acting field as well. By the way, she has already acted in shows like High Kick 3 and More Charming By The Day, both sitcoms and this will be her first mini-drama or the standard drama venture, as you can call it. I haven’t seen any of her shows, so can’t really comment on how I feel about her starring in this romantic comedy drama. Also, I’m relatively ignorant when it comes to Kpop groups. I know only a few of them (not every member by the way) and that too because they include the drama stars I like or have seen in one of the shows. I don’t dedicatedly follow any of the groups.

Heirs is set in high school and stars Lee Min Ho and Park Shin Hye as the main leads. I always tend to include in my blog, even a teeny-weeny news I get regarding the show, which I’m wholeheartedly looking forward to. The drama is looking for an October premiere and is written by star writer Kim Eun Sook (Secret Garden, A Gentleman’s Dignity.)
