Lee Bo Young has acted in popular dramas like I Hear Your Voice, God’s Gift – 14 Days and My Daughter Seo Young – all having strongly written characters. Her last drama was Mine and now the actress is about to lead upcoming JTBC drama called Agency.

Like the name suggests, Agency is a workplace drama set in the world of advertising. Lee Bo Young plays a woman who comes from an economically weak background and average academic credentials but with her hard work and determination, she becomes the first female executive of one of the topmost advertising agencies. We have not seen many Korean dramas with advertising as a backdrop but one name that comes to mind is 2013’s Ad Genius Lee Tae Baek starring Jin Goo.

Agency is helmed by the PD of dramas like Giant, Welcome To Waikiki and Monthly Magazine Home. The drama would premiere in the first half of 2023.
