I’m looking forward to SBS drama Revenant, a supernatural thriller written by Kim Eun Hee, who has given us acclaimed dramas like Signal, Ghost and Kingdom. The cast lineup is amazing too with names like Kim Tae Ri (Mr. Sunshine), Hong Kyung (Weak Hero Class 1) and Oh Jung Se (It’s Okay To Not Be Okay).

Kim Tae Ri plays a woman who works part-time and is also preparing for civil services exam. She gets possessed by an evil spirit after she receives a keepsake that belonged to her late father. Oh Jung Se plays a folklore professor from a rich family who can see spirits and ghosts. Both of them join hands to find the truth behind the mysterious deaths surrounding five sacred objects. Hong Kyung stars as lieutenant in the Violent Crime Investigation Unit. He gets involved in the aforementioned case too.

Revenant is premiering today on SBS in the Friday-Saturday slot. Genre + cast + writer combination makes it a must watch!
