This sounds like a great team of actors. Cha Seung Won and Kim Soo Hyun are headlining Korean remake of 2008 British TV series Criminal Justice titled One Ordinary Day. The show has spawned multiple remakes in different countries like USA (The Night Of) and India (Criminal Justice). It is basically a journey of an individual through the justice system. That’s some great news to read today! Two actors that I really like are teaming up for a thriller drama! Yay! The title is That Night and it is a Korean adaptation of BBC show Criminal Justice that aired from 2008 to 2009 for two seasons. The original series follows an individual’s path through the justice system. The show has already been remade in the US as The Night Of and in India as Criminal Justice. Continue reading

Well, well, the upcoming fantasy drama by the Hong Sisters (their filmography list contains most of my all time favourite dramas: Delightful Girl Choon Hyang, You’re Beautiful, Best Love to name a few) titled Hwayugi has finally lined up its confirmed cast and it has definitely curated a multitudinous array of actors to infuse life into its many characters. The show will be aired on cable network tvN and is based on classic Chinese novel Journey To The West. It will take place in the modern world and convert the characters accordingly.
