Choi Jin Hyuk, last seen in a cameo role for Gu Family Book as Lee Seung Gi‘s father, has been offered a role in upcoming rom-com Heirs (better to use this nickname instead of its never ending title He Who Wishes To Wear the Crown Endure Its Weight: Heirs) I also read somewhere that the role is of Lee Min Ho‘s older brother, which looks appropriate considering that the show is about rich high schoolers and even if we agree that the leads, Lee Min Ho and Park Shin Hye, might pull off the school kids persona, but Choi Jin Hyuk will be definitely not fit for the class going student. If you are somewhat a regular reader of my blog (I hope you are!! ;)), you must have judged by now that I’m a huge Park Shin Hye fan and I love to post about her, whatever things I read or see on the internet. Here are the pictures from SURE magazine, May issue, featuring her and she looks so innocent and smart, and so refined. I love that she carries this kind of look so elegantly and effortlessly. Oh No!! I already expressed my happiness over the casting of upcoming romantic comedy drama Heirs that confirmed Lee Min Ho, Park Shin Hye and Jung Yong Hwa as the leads. But today I read the news that Jung Yong Hwa has decided to quit the show, which is written by star writer Kim Eun Sook. The reason for this action was the dissatisfaction regarding his role and that his agency and production company were not able to reach an agreement on it. Park Shin Hye is a busy bee right now as she is going from one movie (Miracle In Cell No. 7) to another drama (Flower Boy Next Door), to another short film (Rock, Paper, Scissors Of Love), to another drama due out in October (Heirs). Wow, the girl sure looks hardworking. And yeah, I forgot to mention the music video she did with Yoo Seung Ho and So Ji Sub. Well. I’m not complaining. I like her innocent charm and heart warming persona she radiates in every role. The poster and stills are out for her forthcoming romantic short film Rock, Paper, Scissors of Love, that stars Yoon Kye Sang in the lead role opposite her. I am so happy to hear this news 🙂 After the reports coming in from so many days about Jung Yong Hwa to be cast in upcoming rom-com Heirs, here comes the confirmation that he is acting in the drama that stars Lee Min Ho and Park Shin Hye in the lead roles. This will be the third time when the CNBlue leader will act with Shin-hye. They both worked in You’re Beautiful and You’ve Fallen For Me and I just love them together. Continue reading →
