I really want to watch Dating Agency Cyrano but my resolution to marathon as much shows as possible has kept me from starting it. The reason is simple enough, every week live watching was not going smoothly with my current real life scenario as it needs a comfortable watch without getting too much excited or solicitous about dramas. It has resulted in only one currently airing show I’m keeping the tracks of and that’s because it’s so long, there is no way I’ll watch it in one go: You’re The Best Lee Soon Shin. Anyways, there is a pleasant surprise (well, not anymore) for the viewers of Dating Agency Cyrano as Gong Yoo (yay!!) will be appearing in a cameo for the upcoming week with Jung Yoo Mi and it will be a reunion for them as they did the movie The Crucible together. Of course, it was not a rom-com but still.

Dating Agency Cyrano is the tvN drama based on the movie Cyrano Dating Agency, and is the story about an agency that helps its clients in succeeding in their love life, by designing situations that help them in achieving their target. Jung Yoo Mi will be playing the role of a girl with gloomy personality who has the fear of men. Inspite of this phobia, she falls for Gong Yoo (who won’t 😉 ) and seeks help from the love agency. I love that the drama is featuring so many actors for each of the week’s task. I didn’t like the movie at all and I’m glad that the people are finding it a lot better than the film, so that clears my apprehensions and I’m surely going to give it a try.

Gong Yoo was last seen in last year’s Big and he is just so, so adorable in everything he does. His facial expressions are simply excellent and he has this quality of melting our hearts. As for Jung Yoo Mi, she was great in Que Sera Sera in a role that could have easily gone in the cliché territory but she provided an edge to it. So this guest appearance is completely fantastic. I really hope that after this short treat, Gong Yoo will soon sign on to his next drama!! This special episode of Dating Agency Cyrano airs on June 24th.
