Well, I cannot say much about Korean movies as I don’t quite keep in touch with them (being a drama lover through and through), but as far as dramas are concerned, I have mixed feelings about them. Han Hyo Joo is one of my favorite actresses. She may not be completely awesome at acting, but she definitely has a charm and a very strong screen presence. I loved her in her hard working candy role in 2009’s hit drama Shining Inheritance and liked her pairing with Lee Seung Gi. Continue reading

I have always liked Hyun Bin from the first time I watched My Name Is Kim Sam Soon. He is cute, hot, and I love those dimples. And yes, he acts amazingly. I went for The World That They Live In, hoping to see more of him (and Song Hye Kyo), but was bored up to no limit and it was a good judgment to stop watching it, but I was glad that I found more reasons to like Eom Ki Joon as he was fantastic in it. I still have to watch the much loved (or much hated by some) Secret Garden, a fantasy rom-com; let’s see when I’ll be able to do so. After this show, Hyun Bin left for military service and everyone was eagerly waiting to hear about his comeback project since his discharge in December. Continue reading

I find Kim Soo Hyun really adorable and cute, and pretty!! And the most important thing: his acting is superb. I’ve seen him in only Dream High, where he was the highlight in terms of acting. His last drama was the sageuk The Moon That Embraces The Sun, which gained super high ratings during its entire run. But I don’t have much interest to watch it myself due to the mixed reviews I’ve got about it and historical dramas are not particularly my favorite thing. Continue reading

Park Shin Hye is a busy bee right now as she is going from one movie (Miracle In Cell No. 7) to another drama (Flower Boy Next Door), to another short film (Rock, Paper, Scissors Of Love), to another drama due out in October (Heirs). Wow, the girl sure looks hardworking. And yeah, I forgot to mention the music video she did with Yoo Seung Ho and So Ji Sub. Well. I’m not complaining. I like her innocent charm and heart warming persona she radiates in every role. The poster and stills are out for her forthcoming romantic short film Rock, Paper, Scissors of Love, that stars Yoon Kye Sang in the lead role opposite her.
