The Tyrant’s Chef is an upcoming tvN drama that previously starred Park Sung Hoon (Squid Game 2) in the lead role but now the role will be played by Lee Chae Min (Hierarchy) after the former left the drama due to a recent controversy. King The Land is all about rainbows and unicorns and sunshine! The drama is a fluffy, candy floss romance which can be called feel-good in the truest sense of the word. The pièce de résistance of the drama is its main lead — Junho. The show reminds me of those classic rom-coms of dramaland (the ones that ruled our hearts in the 2000s and 2010s) — in a good way! Big Mouth just premiered last week on MBC with Lee Jong Suk and Yoona as main leads. The drama is a noir thriller — definitely not seen often in dramaland. It’s about a third-rate lawyer who gets involved in a murder case. The show is set in a fictional city called Gucheon. Lee Jong Suk was last seen in 2019’s sweet rom-com Romance Is A Bonus Book and Girl’s Generation‘s Yoona last appeared in Hush (2020). Continue reading →
