I loved Son Ye Jin in Classic, one of the movies I saw before I started watching dramas. Now, I don’t find Korean movies that much interesting. But I was really impressed by her acting, grace and beauty, and the movie itself remains one of my favorites in Korean movie land. It was gorgeously shot and was really poignant and emotionally strong. Later, I watched her performance in Personal Taste for only 4 or 5 episodes and to be frank, I found it cute but not to a higher degree. The drama itself was uninteresting to me. But I always look forward to projects of actors that I like and she is surely one of them. Continue reading →

Why didn’t I think of this awesome pair before?? Yoon Kye Sang (Best Love) and Park Shin Hye (You’re Beautiful) are going to star together in the forthcoming romantic comedy movie Rock, Paper, Scissors Of Love. The movie will be the second installment in the Way to Nature Film Project of the Kolon Sport, which is a campaign that is celebrating the 40th anniversary of the outdoor brand. The first movie was the 2012 short film Day Trip, that starred Song Kang Ho. Probably this rom-com will also be a short film, and it’s due for late April release. It will be released online as well as offline. Continue reading →

He Who Wishes To Wear the Crown Endure Its Weight: Heirs, Heirs, Kdrama, Lee Min Ho

Good news!! Lee Min Ho has signed on his next drama and it’s called  He Who Wishes To Wear the Crown, Endure Its Weight: Heirs. Okay, that’s it…nothing more, right?! Anyways, everyone is calling it Heirs for convenience, so let me also take this moniker as it will be a bit difficult to use the longer version. The show will be a romantic comedy, written by Kim Eun Sook, known for her hugely popular, similar genre dramas like Secret Garden and A Gentleman’s Dignity. It is another thing that I haven’t seen either of her works, but from what I read, everybody either loves them (a lot!!) or hates them. Continue reading →

Well, to be more clear, it’s Special Affairs Team TEN, a crime procedural drama that garnered good reviews as well as ratings when it aired during 2011-2012. It is a story about a special crime unit called Ten that solves cases which have less than 10 percent chance of getting solved. I love such procedural, mystery-thriller shows, but as I cannot watch every drama out there and my list continues to gather dramas day by day, I have put a hold on going for any new entry in my plan-to-watch zone.
