I love the summery and carefree posters of new tvN drama About Time that premiered this week as a Monday-Tuesday show. It stars Lee Sung Kyung as a woman who can see a person’s life span with her special ability while Lee Sang Yoon plays a man who somehow stops her time clock. She plays a musical actress and he stars as a chief director of a cultural foundation. I think the plot gives room to some episodic cases and I’m eager to know more about how the story shapes up going further.
The pair is something I didn’t expect so colour me refreshed. I loved Lee Sang Yoon in Liar Game and Twenty Again (plus, those charming dimples!). I really disliked Lee Sung Kyung’s character in Cheese In The Trap but she was fine in Doctors. And she gained millions of fans with Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo, which sadly I have yet to see.
About Time is helmed by the PD of Suspicious Housekeeper and Twenty Again. It surely looks gorgeous! And hopefully it will have the similar feel-good and ‘fresh as morning breeze’ vibe as Twenty Again.
This is a really cute drama. I started watching it but decided to put it on hold because the wait is killing me. Will watch it when everything is aired. 😆
Thanks for the impressions…this show looks so pretty! I haven’t started it yet…but will marathon it later 🙂
