Oh this one seems like a possible dark horse. Age Of Youth is the new drama for JTBC which starts this Friday, on 22 July, and despite not boasting top star cast, the show looks promising with something fresh to offer. It is about five roommates with different personalities and tells their stories of friendship, relationships, college life, issues that youth suffer, their dilemmas and growing up.

I was already thrilled for W–Two Worlds when I didn’t know about the plot, as I love the leads Lee Jong Suk and Han Hyo Joo. But the story sounds equally great. It’s one thing when you get excited when a star returns to dramaland after a long time and it’s another level of happiness when you have already seen (and loved) that actor before in a drama (in this case, Shining Inheritance) and are waiting eagerly for them for so long. I’m extremely happy and excited whenever an actor returns to small screen after a long time, and you can imagine the level of anticipation if the time period is equal to 11 years! Yes, I’m talking about Jeon Do Yeon‘s drama comeback through headlining The Good Wife for tvN. Her last drama was romance melo Lovers In Prague, which came in 2005 and she has been focusing only on films since then. On the other hand, I’ve heard so many good things about the original American tv series that I’m more keen to check out that show. Hence, the dilemma! This is definitely strange that I realised only today that highly anticipated drama Uncontrollably Fond is premiering this very week. It really says a lot about how time flies as we always knew that the drama will be starting its run in July and that was announced ages ago as the show is fully pre-produced (yes for less and less live shooting) and is actually filmed in winter. But I’m looking forward to it as the plot looks like it has the potential to be a heart-racing, on-the-edge-of-your-seat ride.
