Is it too early to declare that I’m already in love with The Time I’ve Loved You (or The Time We Were Not In Love). I have consistently mentioned that more than anything, I wanted this drama to be simple and sweet, free from over-the-top shenanigans and it is delivering just that and some more. It’s a story about two best friends, Ha Na and Won, who have a nice relationship of bickering as well as affection. They have shared so much and I like Continue reading

I was delaying to start much-hyped The Producers as its more than 60 minutes length was making me avoid it for other shorter things. Also the mixed reviews it was getting didn’t make me a lot excited. Finally the deluge of dramas in my bag didn’t help either. Continue reading

But if you want to delve into a story which is warm, soothing, sweet about two people who are so different and yet so same, then this drama is for you. The tone of the show is definitely different from the usual stuff we see in dramaland. Maybe it’s due to the setting, which is in Jeju Island or it can be because the drama does not comes out of the gate with many plot points or narratives. It’s just flowing naturally, except for the first scene about twins confusion but more on that later. Continue reading

Ho Goo’s Love aired from February to March but I couldn’t watch it then. So I thought now was the perfect time to catch up the show (as I’m only watching one show) and after 4 episodes, it’s total love for this tvN drama. It has this amazing balance of two things which was as different for a narrative as days and nights. At one side, the drama has this cute, comics like quality where certain things get exaggerated by adding fantasy elements or graphical depiction. On the other side, there is a groundedness in the Continue reading
