REVIEW: Touch Your Heart / Reach Of Sincerity (2019)

Touch Your Heart is all things sweet and delightful! The Goblin (2017) pair of Lee Dong Wook and Yoo In Na won everyone’s heart in that drama and it is no surprise that their second outing was highly anticipated. The drama fulfils all our wishes by giving us a memorable couple with lots and lots of feel-good romance, in contrast to the bittersweet nature in Goblin. Continue reading

Mystery thriller ‘Strangers From Hell’ arrives on OCN with Im Shi Wan and Lee Dong Wook

This one surely looks chilling! Im Shi Wan, who was fantastic in his breakthrough role in 2014’s Misaeng, is returning to dramaland post his army duty with OCN’s thriller Strangers From Hell and kudos for choosing an atypical drama! He stars as a man moving to big city Seoul from a small town when he gets a job there and taking up residence in an apartment building where all his neighbours Continue reading

‘Touch Your Heart’ premieres tomorrow with Lee Dong Wook and Yoo In Na

tvN’s new drama Touch Your Heart (also, Reach of Sincerity) reunites the memorable second lead couple of Goblin, Lee Dong Wook and Yoo In Na. The former also did a reunion project previously when he starred with Lee Da Hae in Hotel King after starring together in very popular My Girl. Continue reading

Lee Dong Wook and Yoo In Na reunite as leads for new tvN rom-com ‘Touch Your Heart’

I think other than the bromance and humour of 2016 superhit drama Goblin, the third memorable thing about that show was the second lead pair of Lee Dong Wook and Yoo In Na. And after that bittersweet love story of two, the fans can rejoice that they will be reuniting for upcoming tvN drama Touch Your Heart. It will be a romantic comedy, so yay for more laughs, cuteness and exuberance. The Korean drama is also going by the title Reach Of Sincerity, which sounds a bit weird, so I’m gonna use the former. Jo Seung Woo and Lee Dong Wook headline JTBC medical drama ‘Life’

Yay! Jo Seung Woo is back! I love that the musical actor is doing more dramas these days after acting solely in movies for many years. I have yet to see his last drama Forest Of Secrets which captivated everyone last year. Its writer is reuniting with him for new JTBC show Life, which also stars Lee Dong Wook — his first drama since getting new jolt of popularity after superhit Goblin. The PD at the helm has previously directed dramas like Dear My Friends, Deserving Of The Name and remake of The Most Beautiful Goodbye In The World. All these good reasons were necessary for me to look forward to this drama as it is a medical show, a genre I find extremely boring. Continue reading
