Jang Dong Yoon had a breakout role in popular period drama The Tale Of Nokdu (his earlier shows include A Poem A Day, Mr. Sunshine and School 2017) and it’s refreshing to see him in a completely different role and genre with the following series Search. It is a mystery thriller about a special military crew which is sent to find out the truth about mysterious disappearances and deaths in the demilitarized zone (DMZ). Colour me intrigued.
