I think it has been universally felt that the first thing that comes to mind while thinking about Moonlight Drawn By Clouds, the latest ratings winner in the Monday-Tuesday slot, is CUTE. The show is filled with cuteness from top to bottom, from left to right. I’m in love with it and just can’t seem to get enough of it. Remember what I said about not being a sageuk lover? Well, now I will be watching not one but two sageuks for coming months as after getting totally entertained by last week’s premiered drama Moonlight Drawn By Clouds, I’m looking forward to this week’s premiere show — Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart: Goryeo. The latter is surely a star-studded drama as we have lots and lots of actors performing the K-version of a popular Chinese novel and drama. And that is probably the main reason I’m excited about the show. It is basically a romance story with some garnishing of fantasy elements. Continue reading
