Hundred Million Stars From the Sky or The Smile Has Left Your Eyes is in its third week but I recently finished the first two episodes of this intriguing drama that stars Seo In Guk (totally killing it in this role!), Jung So Min and Park Sung Woong in the lead roles and is a Korean adaptation of immensely popular 2002 Japanese drama called Sora Kara Furu Ichioku no Hoshi. I have not seen the original, hence there is nothing to compare and I guess that’s a good thing for me. Plus, this type of drama requires suspense and I’m happy to be curious, spooked and thrilled in this ride. Continue reading →

A Hundred Million Stars Falling From The Sky (or Sora Kara Furu Ichioku no Hoshi or A Million Stars Falling From the Sky) is a popular Japanese drama that aired in 2002 and now it is getting a Korean remake that will star Seo In Guk and Jung So Min in the lead roles. My excitement and happiness level just shot up to the highest point. I love both the actors and can’t wait to watch them together! Seo In Guk was last seen as a cutie pie in Shopping King Louise back in 2016 and Jung So Min starred in lovely Because It’s The First Time last year. Continue reading →

Hearts in my eyes!

I LOVED Lee Min Ki and Jung So Min in Because This Life Is Our First — their chemistry was just off the charts. And hence, my happy dance on hearing that the duo will be making a guest appearance on currently airing hit Korean drama What’s Wrong With Secretary Kim (or Why Secretary Kim), the ratings for which just keep on increasing week after week. I have only seen Continue reading →

I’m pretty late to the party of last year’s Because This Life Is Our First lovers but better late than never! I completely loved the drama except some last minute hiccups. Among the oodles of reasons for the adoration, the soundtrack of the show is a prime highlight. It is very soothing, soft, low-key and yet very strong. Not only on the main central couple, but the songs are played on the other two secondary couples as well, who also are an important part of the story and its meaning. So here is the list of songs that are continuously on loop since I completed the show: Continue reading →
