This year the tear-jerker and serious genre kick started with That Winter, The Wind Blows; which is gaining many favorable reviews. That Winter, The Wind Blows is really gaining good reviews. It’s a melodrama, which I wasn’t planning to watch before (because the story was not exactly my cup of tea), but after hearing so much praise and appreciation, I guess I’m gonna watch it. Recently, the magazine High Cut featured the behind-the-scene pictures from the drama, giving us a happy vibe, quite contrary to the show, which of course is intense and serious. Continue reading

All About My Romance is the title of the forthcoming romantic comedy, which stars Shin Ha Kyun (Brain) and Lee Min Jung (Big) in the lead roles. The drama tells the story about two people in the politics field, who fall in love despite having opposite views and parties. Shin Ha Kyun plays a former judge-turned-new parliamentarian of the conservative party and Lee Min Jung is a rookie assembly member and is liberal. Continue reading

The End Of The World is the upcoming medical-mystery drama on jTBC, which is the story about a mysterious disease that is spreading at an alarming rate and the doctors who try to solve this morass. 2012 was the year of time travel and in the same manner, it seems as if 2013 is gonna belong to sageuks. At least for the spring season, what with so many historical dramas coming up: Lee Seung Gi-Suzy‘s Gu Family Book, Kim Tae Hee‘s Jang Ok Jung, Live For Love and now it’s Mandate Of Heaven.
