So much has been said about the clichéd nature of weekend kdramas including my own multiple posts. But then there are definitely exceptions that can be seen and one more to join that list is upcoming MBC weekender Bad Thief, Good Thief (or Thief-nom, Thief-nim). The drama is about a group of thieves who act like Robin Hood and thus steal from the corrupt as well as powerful and try to cause damage to them. This faction has Ji Hyun Woo (Queen In Hyun’s Man) as its leader. Continue reading →

Since the time when Uncontrollably Fond was announced, it looked sure shot that the drama will be as predictable as the movement of hands of a clock. The plot of two people who feel in love as teenagers and reunited as adults after separation sounded Continue reading →

This is definitely strange that I realised only today that highly anticipated drama Uncontrollably Fond is premiering this very week. It really says a lot about how time flies as we always knew that the drama will be starting its run in July and that was announced ages ago as the show is fully pre-produced (yes for less and less live shooting) and is actually filmed in winter. So be ready for some cold chills this summer via Uncontrollably Fond. Continue reading →

I hope I don’t sound like a broken record but I simply can’t wait for Heirs (or The Inheritors). Especially now when Master’s Sun is over and I have nothing else to watch this whole week. Thankfully, the countdown has started as less than a week is left for the show to start. Lots of promo things are being dropped regularly to create enough excitement till the grand premiere. The viewers are having different reasons for tuning into the show: either they have at least one as their favorite among the crowd of actors or people don’t want to be left behind in the fever pitch which has been developed with reference to Heirs. As far as I’m concerned, I feel like a kid who is about to enter a room full of candies.
