Kim Yoon Jin is a Korean actress who is best known for playing one of the main characters in American TV show Lost. She has also been active in Korean films (Ode To My Father, Neighbor) but it will be her first small screen drama in 19 years as she is starring in SBS drama Ms. Ma, Nemesis, which is based on Agatha Christie‘s character Miss Marple. It is like a wish come true when two of your favorite actors are cast together in a drama and new tvN melo Hundred Million Stars From The Sky aka The Smile Has Left Your Eyes is one such show, that stars Seo In Guk and Jung So Min in the lead roles. The drama is a Korean remake of popular 2002 Japanese drama Sora Kara Furu Ichioku no Hoshi (also, One Million Stars Falling from the Sky). I’ve read that it is a dark tale but since I’m someone who hate spoilers, I never read details about it. Korean dramas tend to be relatively lighter, so I guess we can expect that from Hundred Million Stars From The Sky as well.

This Monday three big networks premiered new shows — MBC brought Bad Papa, JTBC Beauty Inside and SBS premiered Where Stars Land (or Fox Bride Star). The major change in the plot of The Beauty Inside movie makes the drama a story of its own — the film had the hero change his face everyday but the small screen version has the heroine change her face once very month for a week.
