I had a busy week and hence could not post anything. Anyhow, I’m back with more drama previews! Jugglers is the latest drama to premiere on KBS and it starts on 4 December, wrapping the year’s Monday-Tuesday slot. It is a workplace romantic comedy, which means it is right up my alley. Also, it stars Daniel Choi for whom I have huge fondness. He is back after quite a long time as his last drama was Big Man in 2014. Jugglers is about the dynamics between bosses and secretaries. My first reaction on hearing about new MBC drama Two Cops was a resounding ‘No’ but then with time, I decided to remain as open-minded as possible. Reason being that one of my favorites Jo Jung Suk (The King 2 Hearts, Jealousy Incarnate, Oh My Ghostess) was being paired with Hyeri, who I liked in Answer Me 1988 but not at all in the few episodes of Entertainer that I watched. Well, well, the upcoming fantasy drama by the Hong Sisters (their filmography list contains most of my all time favourite dramas: Delightful Girl Choon Hyang, You’re Beautiful, Best Love to name a few) titled Hwayugi has finally lined up its confirmed cast and it has definitely curated a multitudinous array of actors to infuse life into its many characters. The show will be aired on cable network tvN and is based on classic Chinese novel Journey To The West. It will take place in the modern world and convert the characters accordingly.
