Valentines Day, New Year’s Eve, He’s Just Not That Into You and Love Actually are some of the films I enjoy immensely. And now Korean movie New Year Blues is all set to join this category. The upcoming movie comes from the director of The Naked Kitchen and Will You Be There? who also directed similarly themed The Night Before the Wedding (Marriage Blue) back in 2013. Usually it’s OCN that brings thrillers one after the other to make our screens chilly but the new drama The Game: Towards Zero from the genre is arriving on MBC. It is a supernatural thriller with Taecyeon playing a character who has the ability to see others’ deaths by looking into their eyes. Lee Yeon Hee plays a detective and both team up for solving a 20-year old murder. Continue reading →

The first thing that came to mind after seeing the promotional material for JTBC’s newest show The Package is “Wow! It looks gorgeous!”. The drama is a travel-romantic-comedy about a group of travellers who go to France as part of a package tour. Lee Yeon Hee (just recently wrapping Reunited Worlds) plays their tour guide and the Continue reading →

I’m really liking the easy breezy vibe exuding from all the posters and general package of upcoming fantasy romance Reunited Worlds over at SBS. It brings a new spin to time slip genre as Yeo Jin Goo plays a guy who is assumed dead while in high school but he returns to life after many years. Turns out, the world has grown but he has Continue reading →

It has been just a little more than a week since Yeo Jin Goo‘s drama Circle ended its run but he is already coming back to dramaland with upcoming SBS romantic comedy Reunited Worlds which has a fresh spin on time slip genre. Circle was fully produced before its premiere and thus the actor is not exactly going from one filming to another without any break. I really want to watch the much-applauded sci-fi show and hope to find time for it sooner than later. Continue reading →

Full of laughs and full of warmth.
I really liked the subtle, soft and indie-like start of The Interest Of Love.
