Remakes of American TV shows are nothing new in dramaland and one more Korean drama is joining the list with Woori The Virgin. It’s a remake of popular TV show Jane The Virgin that aired from 2014 to 2019 with five seasons. It was originally based on a Venezuelan TV series of the same name. The story is about a woman who wants to maintain her virginity until marriage but she gets pregnant via artificial insemination, as a result of a doctor’s mistake. Continue reading

I’m super excited for new SBS drama Our Beloved Summer as it sounds really cute and stars two of the actors I love — Choi Woo Shik and Kim Da Mi. The show looks breezy, youthful and adorable with the leads playing high school sweethearts who broke up years ago.
